What the calculator sees

The cost tool on the homepage runs entirely in your browser. When you pick a procedure type, prescription strength, or surgeon tier, or type in a ZIP code, that math happens on your device and none of it is sent to us or kept anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.

What our forms collect

If you fill out the contact form or ask for a quote through one of our partner links, we receive whatever you typed in: your name, your email address, and your message. That information is used only to write back to you or to pass your request to a provider.

Cookies and advertising on this site
